Annual License Renewal 2025

This notice serves to inform all stakeholders mentioned for payment of all license fees for this fiscal year 2025. We hereby request that this be sorted between the date of release of this notice and the 14th of January 2025.

Fee Structure

Please make note of the following as well:

• CBA members are to show proof of their 2025 membership before Customs receipt is issued.
• Manufacturers supply Form 6 & payment receipt
• Provide a copy of the valid financial guarantee before receipt is issued.
• Respective payments are to be confirmed by Customs Accounts section before receipting.
• Licensees and In-House Agents who have made payment are to forward a copy of the Customs payment receipt to the Licensing Section.

Non-payment by the 15th of January 2025 will result in system deactivation.
