2026 Annual License Renewal

This notice serves to inform all stakeholders mentioned for payment of all license fees for next fiscal year 2026. We hereby request that this be sorted between the date of release of this Notice and the 16th of January 2026 (10 Working days from the opening of the new calendar year begins on the 5th and ends 16th January 2026 by which all license fees are to be paid).

• CBA members are to show proof of their 2026 membership before Customs receipt is issued.
• Manufacturers to supply Form 6 & payment receipt.
• Provide copy of valid financial guarantee before receipt is issued.
• Respective payments are to be confirmed by Customs Accounts Section before receipting.
• Request Miscellaneous Form from Licensing Section or respective regional offices for payments details.

Failure to adhere to this notice will result in stakeholder(s) being subject to Section 163, 164, and 165 of the Customs Act and penalised accordingly.
