Brokers/Agents Listing 2024

A Customs Broker is a lawfully authorized agent licensed by the Chief Commissioner of Customs under section 184 of the Customs Act [Chapter 101]. The Broker acts on behalf of the owner in respect of goods.

In light of the increasing number of importers and exporters including third parties enquiring on customs clearance, we are publishing the list of all Active Customs Brokers in Papua New Guinea.

We recommend that you engage the services of a Broker if you intend to either import or export goods in or out of Papua New Guinea. As of the date of this notice PNG Customs will only deal with Authorized Agents in all our offices.
